I really like Athena's idea about self-portrait through inanimate objects because I had an idea for the self-portrait assignment right now that only involved objects that belonged to me. So anyway, I would be interested in that topic... and Im still thinking about assignments.
What about something to represent how your body feels. Not what you think an emotion is... but what your body actually feels. Does that make sense?
I'll keep thinking.
