
Doylestownians wait in the drizzle sunday April 13 to catch a glimpse of Former President Bill Clinton who was in town for a fund raising dinner at Puck. Participants paid as much as $2300 per plate.
The Photographic Medium is a forum designed to promote the production and discussion of photography. The contributors to this dialogue will propose their own topics and contemplate others. This is a composite of its members' talents and a venue for creative output and artistic theory.

I don't like it entirely as a photograph. What I like in this image are the pieces. It's an informative document where separate but relative items supply reason and enjoyment: The boy standing on the trash bin to get a view above the crowd--The young girl sauntering around the edge of the crowd with what looks to be a purse not befitting her age or attire--The tiny cluster of balloons--The neon night-spot sign that indicates something will be happening 'live'--And the moniker of the woman that brought the bustling crowd here, pasted barely visible on a brick wall. Again it's all these pieces (not including the fact that these people couldn't join their beloved candidate because they wouldn't or couldn't afford the dinner).
I wish they could have been closer and arranged in more of a picturesque puzzle, but thats not the reality of the scene.
